Dazed by the distress, despair in large,
The agony, the pain, to take its charge,
Feeling jumpy, with surge of uncertainty,
Depressing moment at the peak of adversity.
No matter what the life has in its store,
Each passing day, is it hurting at the core
Of existence, too tough for life to face,
Wonder how failures be the pillar of success?

The worst fear has come to be true,
In spite of whatever best we can do,
Futile hope, so fierce fight all the way,
No mercy, no help, we just can crib to say.

Miles of walk we may need to undertake,
Unfazed, yet focused, we're forced to stay awake,
Through sleepless nights, life be so somber,
Yet we thrive on hope to be stronger.

To accept life the way it comes,
To see it through the burns and churns,
Grim face, none listens to our cry,
