 The greenery, trees and the meadow , 

 The wild yellow bloom precisely trimmed to up the glow , 

Bordering the stretch of six-lane highway, 

 Silky-black texture adding on the elegance , not to gainsay, 

 Easing out the moves of rotating wheels , 

 The speedometer pointing at Hundred challenging newer deals, 

 The blacky sheen of the pitch-road simmering yet omnipresent, 

 In spite of bends n post-monsoon dents, just to accent, 

 The essence of driving on a highway throwing ample challenges though, 

 Interim time-check, verifying route-map, arrows n signals to show - 

 The right navigation with timely refueling ourselves and the car, 

 The first halt at Tirupati for a delectable breakfast, 

 Aroma of 'Coconut Chutney' tantalizing taste-buds amassed, 

 The flavors n richness of the locales fulfilling us more, 

 As we progressed further not knowing all surprise kept in store, 

 More to cover through hilly, picturesque terrain, 

 Following near-coastal countryside for optimizing time gain, 

 Tempted to stop for a breath-taking view of placid Blue, 

Of azure lake , more expectations to accrue, 

 Our journey had to continue !!
